External Information Systems

 

Working with Process Mining means working with data. Hence, our group has expertise in the extraction of event logs from the most common information systems. These include:

• SAP ERP (extraction of event logs for process discovery)
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM (for the management of the relationships with the customers)
• Camunda workflow engine (for the implementation of workflows)
