Microsoft Dynamics is a popular CRM (customer relationship management) engine that supports the entire lifecycle of a customer (leads, contacts, campaigns, opportunities). On top of such CRM, it is also possible to define workflows and measure metrics/goals.
We support the extraction of data from the OData endpoint of the CRM, in order to apply process mining on it.
